HELPFUL INFORMATION

The following colors are used in the Room Usage graph to indicate whether the clickable bar represents an event, a course, or the setup/reset for an event. To view detailed information, click on the colored bar associated with the event, course, or setup/reset.

A bar representing an event will be shown using the color to the left. Events have a definite building, room and time associated with them.
A bar representing a course will be shown using the color to the left.
A bar representing an event setup/reset will be shown using the color to the left. Setup is the time during which the room is reserved for setting up the event. The room is not available for any other use during this time but the event has not yet started. Reset is the time during which the room is being cleaned and reset for the next event. The room is still not available for another event during this time.

The information in these pages is updated hourly when the Banner database is open. You may find some pages unavailable while the update is taking place. Your browser will have a tendency to store these pages in its cache. Press the reload button on the browser to make sure that you have the most current information. Each page shows the date and time of the last update.
